What should I bring with me and what should I wear? Mats are provided however if you have your own mat feel free to bring along, Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Is there anything I should do before the class? Please inform the teacher of any injuries you have. Please make sure you allow at least 3 hours after eating before the start of the class. How many people are there in the class? Maximum 12 people to allow individual guidance from the teacher When should I start Ante-natal yoga classes? The classes taught at Kali yoga are specifically designed for woman who are 14 weeks +. So starting any time after your 14th week is fine and continuing right up until your due date. What age does my baby have to be before I can start the Mother and baby class? You can start anytime after 6 weeks, it’s a good idea to check out with you health visitor/GP at your 6 week check.
